Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

We do not offer shipping for furniture at this time.   Local Pick Up Only.

If you are local, feel free to contact us to arrange an appointment time to see the product before you purchase it. 

If you purchased one of our items through any of our retail partners, you would need to notify them of any delivery or pick up details.  Make sure to check their hold policy as they may have a charge for extended holds of purchased items.  

We will hold a fully paid item that was purchased through our website for three (3) days to allow you to arrange for shipping.  We will make every effort to assist making the shipping process easier.

We will ship smaller vintage decor items if we have listed it as shipping eligible on the website.  Please contact us prior to purchasing item for shipping fees.  We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. 

 We are not responsible for damages that occur during the shipping process. 

 

Refund/Return Policy

In keeping with our mission to upcycle, recycle and repurpose, all products on our website are unique, one-of-a-kind vintage or antique pieces that have been refurbished with great care.  Each will have their own idiosyncrasies and foibles which makes them all the more loveable.  

All sales are final; all items purchased through this website and/or through our retail partners are sold “as is” and cannot be returned.
